Life questions overview

These questions ask a client to reflect on family of origin and early history, taking stock of what happened that shouldn’t have and what didn’t happen that should have. Clients are also asked to take stock of how family loved well and ways in which they struggled to love well.

Reflections for Therapy session

These questions are laid out as a framework to guide initial session, and to continue to encourage curiosity as you move forward in therapy and relational health.

FANOS

For couples to begin speaking from the heart with one another, especially after betrayal trauma or when the ability to communicate has been damaged over time. This is meant to abbreviate conversations, reducing the length of interaction, and allowing both partners to let go of evaluation and either listen or share.
